Abstract:

Objective: To analyze the factors associated with recurrence of falls of elderly in the community in Cuiabá. Methods: Epidemiological, prospective, concurrent cohort and follow-up of two years, through household surveys in 2012 and in 2013, we used the Epi Info and SPSS programs. In the bivariate analysis sought to associations between risk factors and the recurrence of falls by calculating the relative risk of cumulative incidences (95%).
