Abstract:

This article aims to discuss issues of clinical practice in public mental health, their predicaments and conditions of possibility, focusing on particular practice \"among several\" of the psychoanalyst in this clinic. The mental health field is a field in permanent construction, marked by heterogeneity and plurality of orientations, permeated by tensions between old models of care, new political objectives to rescue the minimum rights of a population traditionally excludedsocial and the proposal of a new clinic that privileges the subject. From clinical fragments, I intend to approach the clinic of the subject in mental health institution, as well as the challenges of working in a team, given the injunctions of mental health policy that guides the services. Our proposal is to think of the clinic as a micropolitics of desire that sustains the daily work of monitoring the course of treatment for each subject.
