Abstract:

This review addresses the mental health impact of the COVID19 pandemic on workers, in particular, teleworkers. The analysis is based on documentsvarious international organizations and specialized scientific publications. The retrieved information indicates that the pandemic has not only had a significant effect on the mental health of frontline workers, but also on workers who had to migrate to virtual environment without prior warning. However, the positive aspect is reflected in the development of various remote mental health care devices, implemented to protect vulnerable population, frontline workers, and general population. Finally, the article emphasizes the importance of developing public policies for workers\' mental health-specific care.
