0347/2019 - A temporalidade social do trabalho docente em universidade pública e a saúde The social work teaching temporality in public University and health
O objetivo do presente estudo foi analisar aspectos da temporalidade do trabalho docente em sua relação com a saúde. Realizou-se pesquisa de caráter qualitativo com a participação de dez docentes de universidade pública. Efetivaram-se seis reuniões, denominadas “Oficinas em saúde do trabalhador”, uma metodologia de investigação que reúne trabalhadores e pesquisadores para debater temas relacionados ao trabalho e à saúde. A análise do material foi efetuada por meio da técnica de análise de conteúdo, na modalidade temática. Tomando por base os materiais transcritos procedentes dos diálogos das oficinas, identificaram-se os temas principais, a saber: intensificação e prolongamento do tempo de trabalho; saúde docente; tempo de trabalho e privação do sono; saídas e estratégias de defesa da saúde. Percebeu-se que as estratégias de defesa da saúde situam-se no âmbito individual e do grupo de trabalho por meio de cooperação e tempo de convívio. Identificou-se o tema da combinação intensiva e extensiva do tempo de trabalho associado à precarização das condições laborais. Concluiu-se que o tempo de trabalho docente é constituído por regras e valores sociais sob a determinação histórica de novos padrões gerenciais no contexto da universidade pública.

Abstract:
The aim of the present study was to analyze aspects of the temporality of teaching work in its relationship with health. A qualitative research was conducted with the participation of ten professorsthe public university. Six meetings were carried out, called \"workshops on Worker\'s health\", a research methodology that gathers workers and researchers to discuss topics related to work and health. The analysis of the material was performed by means of the content analysis technique, in the thematic modality. Based on the transcribed materialsthe workshops \' dialogues, the main themes were identified, namely: intensification and prolongation of working time; Teaching health; Working time and sleep deprivation; and health defense strategies. It was perceived that health defense strategies are located in the individual and working Group, through cooperation and time of conviviality. The theme of intensive and extensive combination of working time associated with the precarization of labor conditions was identified. It was concluded that the teaching work time is constituted by rules and social values under the historical determination of new managerial standards in the context of the public university.
