0008/2019 - Avaliação da assistência à saúde da criança na Atenção Primária no Brasil: Revisão sistemática de métodos e resultados. Evaluation of child health care in Primary Care in Brazil: A systematic review of methods and results.
Essa revisão sistemática objetivou analisar os métodos e instrumentos, bem como os principais resultados, das avaliações de qualidade da assistência à saúde da criança na APS no Brasil. Estudo realizado de acordo com as recomendações do Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA), em consulta às bases de dados MEDLINE, LILACS, IBECS e BDENF, PUBMED, PsycNET, CHROCANE e CINAHL (1994-2016), com foco em crianças de 0 a 5 anos. Dos 3.004 artigos identificados, 21 atenderam a 80% dos itens do Strengthening the reporting of observational studies in epidemiology (STROBE) e aos critérios de elegibilidade estabelecidos. Cerca de 52% dos artigos foram realizados na região sudeste e 95,2% publicados a partir de 2010. O principal instrumento de avaliação utilizado foi o Primary Care Assessment Tool (52,4%). A qualidade da assistência a criança mostrou-se deficitária, com limitações no acesso aos serviços, carência de infraestrutura e baixa qualificação de profissionais. Houve aumento significativo dos estudos avaliativos nos últimos anos no Brasil. Apesar dos avanços na assistência à saúde no país, os limitados índices de qualidade apontam a necessidade de superação de desafios para garantia da atenção integral à saúde da criança.

This systematic review aimed to analyze the methods and instruments, as well as the main results, of quality assessments of child health care in Primary Care in Brazil. This study was carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyzes (PRISMA), in consultation with the MEDLINE, LILACS, IBECS and BDENF, PUBMED, PsycNET, CHROCANE and CINAHL databases (1994-2016), focus on children0 to 5 years. From the 3,004 articles identified, 21 met 80% of Strengthened Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology (STROBE) items and established eligibility criteria. About 52% of the articles were carried outthe Southeast region in Brazil and 95.2% were published as of 2010. The main evaluation tool used was the Primary Care Assessment Tool (52.4%). The quality of care for the child was deficient with limitations on access to services, lack of infrastructure and low professionals qualification. There has been a significant increase in evaluative studies in recent years in Brazil. Despite advances in health care in the country, the limited quality indicators point to the need to overcome challenges to ensure the integral attention of children\'s health.
