O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar os atributos da atenção primária à saúde (APS) para crianças e conhecer fatores associados. Foi feito um estudo transversal, observacional e analítico. Os dados foram coletados a partir de entrevistas com cuidadoras de crianças, cadastradas nos serviços de APS, por intermédio de um protocolo sociodemográfico e de saúde, um instrumento de classificação econômica e do questionário PCATOOL infantil versão brasileira. Foram desenvolvidos modelos de regressão de Poisson para busca de associações. Apenas o atributo Longitudinalidade foi bem avaliado. Todos os demais apresentaram escores médios considerados baixos. Mais de 80,0% dos entrevistados avaliaram com baixos valores os escores especial e geral de APS. Crianças que não tinham irmãos, do sexo feminino, com classificação socioeconômica A ou B e que tinham cuidadores masculinos e sem companheiro se associaram significativamente à atribuição de baixos escores. A APS foi mal avaliada

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to evaluate the attributes of primary health care for children and meet associated factors. A cross-sectional, observational and analytical study was developed. Data were collected from interviews with caregivers of children enrolled in primary care services, through a sociodemographic and health protocol, an instrument of economic classification and the PCATool child edition Brazilian version. Models were developed using Poisson regression to search for associations. Only the attribute longitudinality was well evaluated. All other mean scores were considered low. More than 80.0% of respondents rated the special and general scores of primary health care with low values . Children who had no brothers, female, with socioeconomic classification A or B, and male caregivers who had no partner were significantly associated with the low scores. The primary health care was poorly evaluated.
