0355/2024 - Suicídio, estupro e família: percursos da necropolítica na vida de jovens LGBTQIA+ Suicide, rape and family: tracking necropolitics in the life of LGBTQIA+ youth
Este artigo analisa a violência familiar contra pessoas LGBTQIA+ como uma desigualdade social em saúde mental e especialmente como fator de predisposição ao comportamento suicida. Os dados apresentados partem de uma pesquisa intervenção realizada entre 2020 e 2023 que buscou explorar os afetos e sofrimentos de pessoas LGBTQIA+ através de grupos terapêuticos. Assim, destacamos três casos clínicos que exemplificam a relação entre suicídio, estupro e instituições familiares. Considerando a complexidades destes casos propomos o conceito de estupro de certificação para descrever situações nas quais a pessoa se coloca em uma relação sexual não desejada a fim de certificar sua orientação sexual e cuja iniciativa se dá a partir de sugestões recorrentes de familiares. Por fim, destacamos a instituição familiar como mecanismo de morte de pessoas LGBTQIA+ que opera uma microfísica do necropoder.

Abstract:
This article analyzes family violence against LGBTQIA+ people as a social inequality in mental health and especially as a predisposing factor to suicidal behavior. The data presented comesintervention research carried out between 2020 and 2023 that sought to explore the affections and sufferings of LGBTQIA+ people through therapeutic groups. Thus, we highlight three clinical cases that exemplify the relationship between suicide, rape and family institutions. Considering the complexities of these cases, we propose the concept of certification rape to describe situations in which a person enters a sexual relationship they did not desire in order to certify their sexual orientation and whose initiative is based on recurring suggestionsfamily members. Finally, we highlight the family institution as a mechanism for the death of LGBTQIA+ people that operates a microphysics of necropower.
