Resumo:
Este trabalho objetiva avaliar a condição domiciliar de (in) segurança alimentar e nutricional (IAN) dos usuários dos restaurantes populares de Belo Horizonte (BH). Trata-se de um estudo transversal analítico realizado em todos os RP e refeitório de BH com uma amostra de 1613 usuários. A IAN foi avaliada por meio da Escala Brasileira de Insegurança Alimentar e cruzadas com o perfil socioeconômico dos usuários. Foi aplicado Qui-quadrado de Pearson e teste de Mann-Whitney. Foram incluídas na análise multivariada todas as variáveis p-valor
