0236/2025 - REPERCUSSÕES PSICOSSOCIAIS E FATORES RELACIONADOS À VIVÊNCIA DA VIOLÊNCIA DOMÉSTICA INTRAFAMILIAR: UMA ANÁLISE MULTINÍVEL PSYCHOSOCIAL REPERCUSSIONS AND FACTORS RELATED TO THE EXPERIENCE OF INTRAFAMILIAL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: A MULTILEVEL ANALYSIS
O objetivo foi identificar repercussões psicossociais e fatores relacionados à vivência de violência doméstica intrafamiliar. Estudo quantitativo, analítico, realizado com estudantes de escolas públicas da zona urbana de Campo Grande - Mato Grosso do Sul. A amostra foi calculada considerando-se 95% de intervalo de confiança, em uma população de 43.796 estudantes, correspondendo a 381 estudantes. Como foi definido o uso da amostragem por conglomerados, havendo efeito de desenho, este quantitativo duplicado (n=762). Coletou-se dados referentes a variáveis individuais dos estudantes e de seus responsáveis; os estudantes responderam ao Inventário de Frases no Diagnóstico de Violência Doméstica (IFVD). Como variável contextual, utilizou-se o Índice de Exclusão Social. Os dados foram submetidos à análise estatística multinível, usando os programas R e SAS. Cerca de um terço dos participantes vivenciaram a violência doméstica intrafamiliar, apresentando repercussões psicossociais relevantes. Houve relação desta vivência com fatores individual e contextual. Concluiu-se que a vivência de violência doméstica intrafamiliar: implicou repercussões psicossociais nas subescalas emocional e comportamental do IFVD e foi relacionada às maiores faixas etárias dos estudantes e à média e alta exclusões sociais.
The aim was to identify psychosocial repercussions and factors related to the experience of intrafamilial domestic violence. This was a quantitative, analytical study conducted with students from public schools in the urban area of Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul. The sample was calculated considering a 95% confidence interval, in a population of 43,796 students, resulting in 381 students. As cluster sampling was used, accounting for design effect, the sample size was doubled (n=762). Data was collected on individual variables of the students and their guardians; students responded to the Inventory of Phrases for Diagnosing Domestic Violence (IFVD). The Social Exclusion Index was used as a contextual variable. The data were subjected to multilevel statistical analysis using the R and SAS programs. About one-third of the participants experienced intrafamilial domestic violence, presenting significant psychosocial repercussions. This experience was related to both individual and contextual factors. It was concluded that the experience of intrafamilial domestic violence resulted in psychosocial repercussions on the emotional and behavioral subscales of the IFVD and was associated with older age groups of students and medium to high levels of social exclusion.
