O Distrito Sul teve a maior taxa e o Sudoeste a menor.

Abstract:
Introduction: Hospitalizations for primary care-sensitive conditions (HPCSC) is a useful indicator to assess the effectiveness of primary health care (PHC). This article evaluated the HPCSC rates and its causes in the intra-urban areas of the municipality of Goiânia-Goiás. Methodology: ecological study of rate of HPCSC in the 07 Sanitary Districts (SD) of Goiânia, in the years between 2008 to 2013. Authorizations for Hospitalization (AH) datathe municipal SIH were used. The AH were georeferenced in the 07 SD. It has been calculated standardized rates of HPCSC of SD, by groups of causes and age groups. Confidence intervals were calculated for 95% of the rates. Results: the average rate of HPCSC was 155.5 per 10,000 inhabitants (IC 95% 157.0-162.0). The Southern District had the highest rate and the Southwest the lowest. The Group of Gastroenteritis presented the highest rate and the smallest Anemia group. The age group between 0 to 9 years and the seniors had the highest rates. In the Northwest District had higher rates in 09 of the causes groups, highlighting the chronic non-communicable diseases in the adult age group. Conclusions: the results of the study made it possible to identify the inequalities between the ICSAP rates in the SD, pointed out shortcomings of PHC coverage, quality problems and insufficiency of the health assistance model in regions with high coverage
