Resumo:
O objetivo do estudo foi verificar a percepção de familiares sobre as atividades lúdicas desenvolvidas para crianças com deficiência em uma instituição de saúde pública de Florianópolis (SC). O estudo configura-se como descritivo-exploratório, com abordagem qualitativa dos dados. Os participantes foram os familiares de crianças com deficiência que são atendidas em uma instituição de reabilitação. Para coleta de dados foi utilizado um roteiro de entrevista semiestruturada e observações sistemáticas. Para registro de dados foi utilizado gravador de áudio e diário de campo. A análise de dados ocorreu por meio da técnica “análise de conteúdo”. Os familiares apontaram limitações quanto à gestão da instituição devido ao não cumprimento de itens da lei de acessibilidade. Contudo, salientaram que as atividades lúdicas realizadas pelos profissionais resultam em benefícios nas habilidades motoras, cognitivas, sociais, emocionais, de linguagem, dentre outras melhorias para as crianças. Além disso, ressaltaram benefícios para si, considerando os atendimentos de apoio aos familiares. Embora tenham sido manifestadas insatisfações relativas à gestão, notou-se a satisfação dos familiares quanto ao compromisso dos profissionais para com o serviço em saúde.

Abstract:
The study’s aim was verifying the family perception of ludic activities developed for children with disabilities at a public health institution, in Florianópolis (SC). It is a descriptive-exploratory research, with a qualitative approach to the data. The participants were family members of children with disabilities who receive health care in a rehabilitation institution. For data collection, it was possible to use a semistructured interview guide and with systematic observations. There were audio recorder and field diary for the data record. Data analysis was performed through the content analysis technique. The family members pointed out limitations on the institution’s management due to the non-compliance of accessibility law items. However, they mentioned that the ludic activities carried out by the professionals resulted in benefits about motor, cognitive, social, emotional and language skills, among other children’s improvements. Moreover, they also pointed out benefits for themselves, considering as significant the relatives’ care support. Although there was some dissatisfaction regarding the management, it was noted the relatives’ satisfaction with the professionals’ commitment to the health service.
