Resumo:

O estudo tem como objetivo identificar as implicações da pandemia de COVID-19 nos comportamentos de saúde de pais adolescentes e jovens, destacando a parentalidade na promoção da saúde e bem-estar. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada a partir da busca por publicações científicas indexadas nas bases de dados: Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MedLine/PubMed), Scopus e Web of Science (WOS). Como resultado, após a leitura de 137 títulos e resumos e 69 artigos completos, foram selecionados 7 artigos para amostra final. Os resultados dos artigos incluídos foram agrupados em duas categorias analíticas: temas transversais, que contemplam as implicações decorrentes da COVID-19, como impactos na saúde mental e emocional, socioeconômicos e no acesso a serviços de saúde e educação. A segunda categoria foi composta por temas específicos abordados individualmente em cada estudo, como imunização, saúde materno-infantil e insegurança alimentar. A partir da análise, identificou-se um aumento significativo dos comportamentos de risco e vulnerabilidades sofridas por pais jovens e adolescentes, com implicações futuras na saúde e no bem-estar, além de desafios econômicos, emocionais e sociais.

Abstract:

The study aims to identify the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic on the health behaviors of adolescent and young parents, highlighting parenthood and their impacts on the health and well-being. This is an integrative literature review, carried out by searching for scientific publications indexed in the following databases: Virtual Health Library (BVS), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MedLine/PubMed), Scopus and Web of Science (WOS). As a result, after reading 137 titles and abstracts and 69 full articles, 7 articles were ed for the final sample. The results of the included articles were grouped into two analytical categories: cross-cutting themes, which contemplate the implications resultingCOVID-19, such as impacts on mental and emotional health, socioeconomic aspects and access to health and education services. The second category was composed of specific themes addressed individually in each study, such as immunization, maternal and child health and food insecurity. From the analysis, a significant increase in risk behaviors and vulnerabilities suffered by young parents and adolescents was identified, with future implications for health and well-being, in addition to economic, emotional and social challenges.
