0087/2025 - INPAKTS: Plataforma de gestão e monitoramento do impacto de intervenções e eventos externos em séries temporais do DATASUS INPAKTS: Platform for managing and monitoring the impact of external interventions and events in DATASUS time series
Objetivo: Apresentar a plataforma INPAKTS, uma ferramenta inovadora de gestão simplificada online que permite o monitoramento, visualização e projeção do impacto de eventos externos, tais como políticas públicas ou pandemias, em indicadores de saúde construídos com dados do DATASUS. Metodologia: Estudo ecológico em que são construídos modelos lineares segmentados para séries temporais interrompidas que permitem estimar as tendências temporais e suas mudanças após as intervenções. A partir de análise descritiva e teste de comparação de proporção pode-se analisar diversos fatores associados além da distribuição espacial das mudanças em tendência após as intervenções. Resultados: Analisando o impacto da pandemia e da vacinação contra a COVID-19 na mortalidade materna no estado do Paraná, constatou-se que durante a pandemia houve um aumento significativo na mortalidade materna, mas após o início da vacinação, a tendência se reverteu conduzindo a diminuição nos óbitos. Conclusão: A INPAKTS proporciona aos gestores a capacidade de aprendizagem com o passado e preparo para responder aos eventos externos tomando as decisões mais assertivas, contribuindo, portanto, para a resiliência do sistema de saúde.

Abstract:
Objective: To present the INPAKTS platform, an innovative online simplified management tool that allows monitoring, visualization and projection of the impact of external events, such as public policies or pandemics, on health indicators constructed with dataDATASUS. Methodology: Ecological study segmented linear models are constructed for interrupted time series that allow estimating temporal trends and their changes after interventions. From descriptive analysis and proportion comparison tests, several associated factors can be analyzed in addition to the spatial distribution of trend changes after interventions. Results: Analyzing the impact of the pandemic and vaccination against COVID-19 on maternal mortality in the state of Paraná, it was found that during the pandemic there was a significant increase in maternal mortality, but after the start of vaccination, the trend reversed, leading the decrease in deaths. Conclusion: INPAKTS provides managers with the ability to learnthe past and prepare to respond to external events by making the most assertive decisions, therefore contributing to the resilience of the health system.
