0718/2013 - RELAÇÕES ENTRE PESQUISA E CLÍNICA EM ESTUDOS EM COGESTÃO COM USUÁRIOS DE SAÚDE MENTAL Relationship between research and clinics in co-management studies with mental health’s users
This paper starts from the experience of doing research with the mental health users (and not over them, neither for them), telling stories about an inquiry in which different ways of experimenting the relationship between clinic and research were tested, questioning their borders, and the ethical issues involved. The field of clinics and research is studied by means of some authors that, from one side from the socio-analytical approach came up with the idea of action-research and, in the other side, in the collective health context the concept of clinical enlargement is rescued. The articulation of these two terms – action-research and clinical enlargement – is grounded in the notion of subjectivity, which operates in the collective health’s context and culminates with the idea of autonomy. Finally, co-management is proposed as an strategy that allows the different subjects involved in the research conduction and in the clinical exercise to construct collectively one direction of work at the same time therapeutically an ethically.
