0080/2026 - Dimensão ético-estético-política da educação e do trabalho na saúde nas Residências Multiprofissionais em Saúde do Campo Ethical-Aesthetic-Political Dimension of Education and Work in Health in the Multiprofessional Residencies in Rural Health
A pesquisa relatada no artigo teve por objetivo compreender a Dimensão Ético-estético-política (DEEP) da educação e trabalho na saúde, construída e presente no âmbito dos documentos norteadores dos programas de Residência Multiprofissionais em Saúde da Família com ênfase nas populações do Campo do Brasil. Com uma abordagem metodológica qualitativa, realizou-se análise documental dos projetos político-pedagógicos dos programas. Submetidos à análise de conteúdo temática foram identificadas três categorias que dão base à DEEP, compreendida como categoria síntese transversal: a concepção de saúde do campo, a concepção de educação e do trabalho na saúde do campo e a instrumentalidade da saúde do campo. A categoria transversal indicou valores e princípios constituintes dos projetos político-pedagógicos dos programas. Fundamentadas desde uma Bioética Latino Americana, compreendemos esses elementos categorizados e sua relação com o campo da educação e do trabalho na saúde do campo, dentro da política pública de saúde do Sistema Único de Saúde e seus pressupostos ético-políticos.

Abstract:
The research reported in this article aimed to understand the Ethical-Aesthetic-Political Dimension (DEEP) of education and work in health, as constructed and present in the guiding documents of the Multiprofessional Residency Programs in Family Health, with an emphasis on rural populations in Brazil. Using a qualitative methodological approach, a documentary analysis was conducted on the political-pedagogical projects of these programs. Through thematic content analysis, three categories were identified as the foundation of DEEP, understood as a transversal synthesis category: the concept of rural health, the concept of education and work in rural health, and the instrumentality of rural health. The transversal category indicated the values and principles that constitute the political-pedagogical projects of these programs. Grounded in a Latin American Bioethics perspective, we understand these categorized elements and their relationship with the field of education and work in rural health, within the public health policy of the Unified Health System (SUS) and its ethical-political principles.
