Stigmatization and prejudice due to sexual and gender orientation result in illness processes, characterizing themselves as social determinants of health. Therefore, the National Policy of Integral Health for Lesbians, Gays, Transvestites and Transsexuals (PNSILGBT) is a mitigating measure of discrimination in the Unified Health System (SUS), with more than 10 years of (r)existence, enough time to analyze its implementation and repercussions. The main objective of this research is to identify in the scientific literature the repercussions of the 10 years of implementation of the PNSILGBT. This is an integrative review (IR), with a qualitative approach and an exploratory and descriptive purpose. 53 articles were collected which, after ion, resulted in the inclusion of 16 scientific articles published between 2017 and 2021, most (11) with original text in Portuguese. After categorization and inference of data, two categories emerged: Potentialities and consequences of LGBTQIAPN+ health policies; and Overview of LGBTQIAPN+ health care. The unfamiliarity of PNSILGBT by health workers is one of the main factors for non-implementation of the policy. Thus, it is concluded that the scientific literature on the subject is limited, requiring the expansion of research on this subject.

10 ANOS DE (R)EXISTÊNCIA DA POLÍTICA NACIONAL DE SAÚDE INTEGRAL LGBT: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Abstract(resumo):
A estigmatização e preconceito por orientação sexual e de gênero resultam em processos de adoecimento, caracterizando-se como determinantes sociais de saúde. Dessa forma, a Política Nacional de Saúde Integral de Lésbicas, Gays, Travestis e Transexuais (PNSILGBT) é uma medida mitigadora da discriminação no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), com mais de 10 anos de (r)existência, tempo suficiente para análise de sua implementação e repercussões. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo central identificar na literatura científica quais as repercussões dos 10 anos de implementação da PNSILGBT. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa (RI), de abordagem qualitativa e propósito exploratório e descritivo. Foram coletados 53 artigos que, após seleção, resultaram na inclusão de 16 artigos científicos publicados entre 2017 e 2021, a maioria (11) com texto original em português. Após a categorização e inferência dos dados, emergiram duas categorias: Potencialidades e desdobramentos das políticas de saúde LGBTQIAPN+; e Panorama da atenção à saúde LGBTQIAPN+. O desconhecimento da PNSILGBT pelos trabalhadores da saúde é um dos principais fatores para a não implementação da política. Assim, conclui-se que a literatura científica para a temática é limitada, sendo necessária a ampliação de pesquisas nesse assunto.
