Abstract:

This article focuses on patients with cancer in a terminal situation. It deals with the cares that individuals need after trying out to search for health solutions in different hospitals where the disease is considered incurable. Then the person is conducted to palliative care (PC) to procure well-being and help him to die. In Spanish geography these patients are cared for in units or palliative care services. The main objective is to take care in palliative care. Caring is meant to relieve and to support patients and families which provide support during the process of health / disease / care patient death. What happens to the person affected prevails and it is attached to his body. In the same way that the incurable pain and suffering make an itinerary and perceptible trace footprints in it. These signs can be a signal that alerts you to the proximity to death. Although scientific advances have influenced, positively, in the control of pain, in some cases there are critical moments in which situations of chaos and despair of sufferers.
