Abstract:

The Centers of Psychosocial Attention (CAPS) have, also, as aim to articulate actions of mental health on territory, mainly at Primary Attention to Health(PAH). The matrix support is one of its forms to this articulation, so it aims to ensure rear specialized to health´s staff. Thus, the research aims to comprehend as the actions of matrix in mental health to contribute to accessibility and resolution of mental health´s cases. This is a qualitative research done at Fortaleza´s and Sobral´s cities, at Ceará´s State, whose subjects were interviewed were 37(thirty-seven) workers of mental health and primary attention, 14(fourteen) users and 13(thirteen) relatives that took part in actions of matrix support. According the results demonstrated the workers of PAH do not feel themselves able to intervene in mental health´s cases. There is a precipitation in reports of users to discussions in mental health make possible the cases of appropriation by PAH and promote the closeness among the staffs. Thus, influence in resolution of mental health´s cases.
