Abstract:

The paper discusses some methods that emphasize shared and collective analysis of the relationship established “at” and ‘with” work, in a synergic relationship with the experi-ence of the protagonists’ work. They can be characterized as research-intervention methods that present important contributions to the field of Worker’s Health, some of these devel-oped in the ambit of the Psychology of Work. Methods that have as their reference Karl Marx’s “worker poll”, highlighting contributionssome of the Clinics of Work – con-sidering the presence of theoretical-practical affinities and differences - as the Italian Work-er Model for the quest of health, Ergonomics at the Workplace and the Work Psychody-namics. After that, Ergonomics’ advanced proposal – the Three-Pole Dynamic Device - and one of its configurations being developed in Brazil, the Extended Research Community is discussed.
