Abstract:

It discusses the possibilities of establishing conceptual and practical connections between line of health care and therapeutic itineraries, from the contributions of Integral Line of Health Care and hermeneutical approaches over Care.
The axis that allows us to propose lines of care in hand with the needs of health - individual and collective - are therapeutic projects to the extent that emphasize the particularities of each situation in the establishment of medical consultations flows, tests and other procedures.
The therapeutic project, either taken as an arrangement, strategy, device, or even as a cornerstone dimension of Care within the work process in healthcare, can be conceived as an image that draws a possibility for the future, being such future, in turn, a projection conditioned by previous experiences – relating to health, disease, life - apprehensible from the comprehension of the therapeutic itineraries.
It is worth noting that lines of care may only benefit from the knowledge on the therapeutic itineraries to the extent that such lines (i) are also opened to the non biological and not previously defined purposes; (ii) are not bound by mere instrumental relationship; and (iii) are the result of intersubjectively constructed projects, covering all subjects involved in the process.
