Abstract:

This paper investigates an educational proposal articulated to a policy of the Brazilian Ministry of Health, which aims to promote changes in the undergraduate health professionals. An inter-institutional partnership promoted the qualification of specialists at the so-called Changing Process Activation. Objective: Analyze the characteristics of a semi-presential course of post-graduation, regarding the transformation potential of the health praxis. METHODOLOGY: documentary and interviews published in official reports of the course were analyzed according to the competency profile construction, the political-pedagogical project, the management and the proposal evaluation. The analysis of data and information had as reference the principles of the meaning interpretation method. RESULTS: Educational praxis was transformed since the students were tutored according to the methodology proposed. There were 698 certifications with a loss of 12.9%. CONCLUSIONS: The characteristics of the proposal enhanced the participants‘ involvement in the construction of new capacities, highlighting the expansion of analysis and reality intervention. The potential of the individuals and the group, and the spaces for reflection have proved to be the main achievement reached in the construction of educational projects in the context of the NHS.
