Abstract:

The article reports on a survey of community health workers in municipalities. I fear the objective of verifying the influence of social relations network of agents in the daily work in the FHS teams. The theoretical basis is the approach of the capital and as a means to social network analysis, with density measurements and EI-Index. In data collection was used a questionnaire generator brand names, with 266 agents in six municipalities in three different regions of Brazil (coded as Amazon 1 and 2, North Central 1 and 2, Central South 1 and 2). Secondary data were also used. The results indicate that the profile of the CHA is a limiter for training and they do not see themselves as a link between the community, the FHS teams and health facilities. It concludes that the agents do not have the perception of its importance and that low their internal networks have low density, with few external relations (other members of the ESF), which limits the expansion of capital and hinders the dissemination of knowledge and share experiences prevention.
