Abstract:

This study aimed to evaluate the completeness of the data registered by SisHiperdia, considering it by geographic area, type of field and filling consistency between related variables. This is an observational, descriptive and transversal. The sample of 287 registration forms, was obtained randomly and proportionally among the five health regions. We ed variables relating to blocks of data enrollment and attendance, using as an indicator the percentage of incompleteness proceeding to their classification by the score of Romero and Cunha (2007). We compared the percentages of health among regions by chi-square and consistency of the filling coefficient Kappa. Of the 32 variables studied, 68.7% had between excellent and good completeness. In 62.5% of the variables was best evidenced completeness of the data of the 2nd macroregion health. The percentages of incompleteness of fields were higher than those not required. We identified inconsistencies between the measured data and the clinical diagnosis of pathologies linked. Although most of the variables present good condition, we need greater involvement of managers and health professionals with the information production process in order to generate more complete and reliable data.
