Abstract:

The changes experienced in the world of work in contemporary society leads to the need to rethink alternatives to the training of health professionals, thus allowing the approach of the health problems of individuals and collectives. Based on these considerations, this paper aims to discuss training in health – around the concept of competence – with a focus on education for the SUS, using as theoretical attempts to analyze and propose an alternative to those entrenched in the logic of capitalism later. It is therefore a reflection on the subject, correlating theory and praxis, in constant motion and relentless construction, deconstruction and (re)construction of propositions.
