Objective: to analyze the factors involved in the quality of life of pregnant adolescents. Methods: Scope review performed in the following data sources: Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE); Science Direct; Cochrane Library; Scopus; Web of Science; Embase; Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS); Catalog of Theses and Dissertations (CAPES); Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations and Google Scholar. We included studies with pregnant adolescents who assessed quality of life through scales, with a total of six being the final sample. Results: Among the factors that positively impacted quality of life, we highlighted: higher education, higher socioeconomic status and social support. In turn, quality of life was negatively impacted by the factors: intention to abort, gestational age (first and last trimesters), obstetric complications, psychiatric disorders and domestic violence. Conclusion: there are factors involved in the quality of life of pregnant adolescents, and early recognition during prenatal care is important, enhancing interventions that can contribute to physical, psychological and social well-being in this population.
Avaliação da qualidade de vida de adolescentes gestantes: uma revisão de escopo
Abstract(resumo):
Objetivo: analisar os fatores intervenientes à qualidade de vida de adolescentes gestantes. Métodos: revisão de escopo realizada nas seguintes fontes de dados: Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE); Science Direct; Cochrane Library; Scopus; Web of Science; Embase; Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS); Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações (CAPES); Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações e Google Scholar. Foram incluídos estudos realizados com adolescentes gestantes que avaliassem a qualidade de vida por meio de escalas, sendo um total de seis, a amostra final. Resultados: Dentre os fatores que impactaram positivamente a qualidade de vida QV, destacaram-se: maior escolaridade, maior nível socioeconômico e apoio social. Por sua vez, a qualidade de vida foi negativamente impactada pelos fatores: intenção de abortar, idade gestacional (primeiro e último trimestres), complicações obstétricas, transtornos psiquiátricos e violência doméstica. Conclusão: há fatores intervenientes à qualidade de vida de adolescentes gestantes, sendo importante o reconhecimento precoce durante a assistência pré-natal, potencializar intervenções que possam contribuir para o bem-estar físico, psicológico e social nessa população.
