Abstract:

The present assay has as objective to critically analyze the current limitations of the familiar planning applied in the public health and to consider changes considering model of social sciences applied to the health and the perspective of the familiar development. The proposal of this work appeared of the high one numbers of women whom requests assists it maternity in the region of the Recôncavo of the Bahia in the year of 2006. Through the analysis of the variable and involved methods in the familiar planning it was possible to verify the following imperfections: responsibility and exclusive participation of the women; focus in the individual, the number of children as main goal of the planning, biological model, disrespect of the cultural aspects partner. In this assay we inside present the proposal of familiar planning of the perspective of the development that will be forehead as model of intervention in a future study.
