Abstract:

In this theoretical essay we assume ableism as a grammar that sustains several doubles that hierarchize and discriminate reputed dissident corporalities. We sustain this argument based on the violation of rights to health and life of disabled people, travestis (as a proper Latin identity), transsexuals and intersex people and children and adolescents in practices of surveillance and correction, which sustain health and education institutions, and Language as the central point of such enabling.
