0300/2011 - Health education in user-worker relationship in the everyday family health teams. A EDUCAÇÃO EM SAÚDE NA RELAÇÃO USUÁRIO-TRABALHADOR NO COTIDIANO DE EQUIPES DE SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA
The objective of this research was to analyze how does the practice of health education in the informal user-worker relationship in reality experienced by the Family Health Team (SF), and the strategies used for its implementation in routine primary care. It is a qualitative study conducted with two Family Health teams and the data collected through observation and semi-structured interviews and analyzed using discourse analysis. Health education held at the informality of professional-user occurs in everyday conversations and guidelines, and permeate the various issues involving the needs presented by users. Workers present educational strategies that occur in everyday life in a non-structured, some portray a different way to accomplish the educational practice, but most of these concerns the transfer of information, in which the employee seeks to transfer / information reinforcing its attitude imposition of a control and know what he thinks is right. It is necessary to be rethought and enhanced health education as a technology of work, which reveals different processes act on health, reorienting the practice in a meaningful learning, and promotes change for users, workers, and the model of current health care.
A EDUCAÇÃO EM SAÚDE NA RELAÇÃO USUÁRIO-TRABALHADOR NO COTIDIANO DE EQUIPES DE SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA
Abstract(resumo):
O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar como ocorre a prática da educação em saúde em momentos informais da relação usuário-trabalhador na realidade vivenciada pela equipe de Saúde da Família (SF), e as estratégias utilizadas para a sua concretização no cotidiano da atenção básica. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, realizado com duas equipes de Saúde da Família sendo os dados coletados por meio de observação e entrevistas semi-estruturadas, e analisados segundo análise de discurso. A educação em saúde realizada na informalidade das relações profissional-usuário ocorre nas conversas e orientações do cotidiano, e permeiam os variados temas que envolvem as necessidades apresentadas pelos usuários. Os trabalhadores apresentam estratégias educativas que se dão no cotidiano de forma não estruturada, algumas retratam um modo diferenciado de realizar a prática educativa, porém a maioria destas prende-se ao repasse de informações, no qual o trabalhador procura transferir/informar reforçando sua atitude de controle e imposição de um saber que julga ser o certo. Torna-se necessário ser repensada e valorizada a educação em saúde como uma tecnologia de trabalho, que revela diferentes processos de agir em saúde, reorientando esta prática em uma aprendizagem significativa, e que promova mudança para os usuários, trabalhadores, e para o modelo de atenção à saúde vigente.
