Abstract:

This article aims to analyze the contents about physical activity conveyed on Health Brazil website,the Ministry of Health, between 2017-2020, describing them and discussing the (in)existing interactions between the published contents and Physical Education and Collective Health area. Through netnographic tools, 98 publications that dialogue with physical activity/physical exercise/body practices were found, conveyed by the website for four years. It was observed that the behavioral aspect of health promotion permeates all the content, and three perspectives to physical activity recommendations were found: sportivized, daily and generalized physical activity. These approaches are analyzed and considered along with the lack of leisure mastery in the recommendations, the deflation of linkage with SUS programs and policies and the lack of clippings that consider the social and economic inequalities in the country that affect the health-disease process, and consequently, the practice of physical activities. It is necessary that communicative campaigns to encourage the movement consider, beyond these points, the recognition of physical activity as a human right and the commitment to a fairer and equanimous society.
