Abstract:

The objective of the study was to present and problematize the innovation actions for the qualification of Primary Health Care (PHC), showing an experience that can be adapted and implemented in different contexts, considering the different sociodemographic, economic, cultural and epidemiological realities. This is an exploratory study carried outdocumentary sources on the implementation of the Innovation Laboratory in Primary Health Care - INOVAAPS in the Campo Grande/MS, which proposes the reorientation of the care model, with a new meaning for work processes in PHC, qualifying practices. Innovation organizational, procedural and product actions have been identified that are potent for the transformation and readjustment of health care practices. It was concluded that the proposals already implemented are based on the expansion, consolidation and expansion of access to PHC, the provision and adequate professional training, the allocation of resolving technologies, the improvement of regulation and the realization of the mediating role of PHC.
