Abstract:

To analyze intervention programs for physical activity (PA) is of great importance to aid progress in the area. The RE-AIM tool has been widely spread in the literature. In this sense, the present study aimed to identify intervention programs for PA in Brazilian schoolers and analyze them using the RE-AIM tool. The search was conducted in Lilacs, SportDiscus, SciELO, Scopus, Web of Science, EBSCOhot, Psycinfo and PubMed. After reading titles, abstracts and studies in their entirety, 15 articles were included (seven intervention programs for PA). The programs have been conducted in the past decade, at public schools, mostthe South and Southeast of Brazil. Multicomponent strategies were used (education and teacher training), with positive results in the practice of PA. Regarding the results of the RE-AIM tool, it was found that the most reported dimension were \"reach\" (74%), followed by effectiveness/efficacy (48%), adoption (43%), implementation (35%) and\"maintenance\" (5%). The most mentioned indicators are those related to the internal validity of the program: demographic and behavioral information of the target population, method of identification of the target population, sample size, participation rate and number of organizational units enrolled.
