0271/2011 - Matrix Support experiment in Workers’ Health: weaving webs in the primary care network of the National Health System (SUS), the case about Amparo of the State of São Paulo Apoio Matricial em Saúde do Trabalhador: tecendo redes na Atenção Básica do SUS, o caso de Amparo/ SP.
The Reference Center in Workers’ Health, of the city of Amparo/SP develop actions directed to the workers health in the primary care network. With the aim to understand the process, we search the Matrix Support experiment in Workers’ Health, its journey, difficulties and potentialities, with a qualitative boarding of case study. The main activities are the meetings, the production of informative bulletins and the systematic support. The exchange of knowledge and experiences propitiates a greater bond between the professionals. The support horizontal technician teams promotes a reorganization of the work in health, mutual responsibility, a new look on the health, integrate actions of assistance and surveillance. The overload of work, rotation of the health professionals, the little notification of the Accidents and Diseases Related to the Work and the management of the work in regional are challenges to be surpassed. The Matrix Support in Workers’ Health is strategic for the REPLACEion of such actions in the AB and represents a step in front of the reorientation of the doctor-assistencial model, through the introduction of the Work’s question in family health.

Abstract(resumo):
O Centro de Referência de Saúde do Trabalhador de Amparo/SP desenvolve ações voltadas para a saúde dos trabalhadores na atenção básica (AB). A fim de compreender esse processo, pesquisamos o Apoio Matricial (AM) em Saúde do Trabalhador (ST), sua trajetória dificuldades e potencialidades, mediante abordagem qualitativa de estudo de caso. As principais ações de AM são reuniões temáticas, apoio às demandas e produção de informativos. A troca de conhecimentos e experiências propicia maior vínculo entre os profissionais. O apoio técnico horizontal promove a reorganização do trabalho em saúde, co-responsabilização dos casos, um novo olhar sobre o adoecimento, integrando ações de assistência e vigilância. A sobrecarga de trabalho, rotatividade dos profissionais, subnotificação dos Acidentes e Doenças Relacionadas ao Trabalho e organização regional são desafios enfrentados. O AM em ST é estratégico para a inserção de tais ações na AB e um passo à frente para a reorientação do modelo médico-assistencial, com a introdução da relação trabalho-saúde na saúde da família.
