Abstract:

The study aimed to investigate the perception of doctors about the different forms of hiring and their influence on the performance of the PHC essential attributes, in order to analyze the forms that best contribute to its implementation and strengthening. Quantitative and cross-sectional research using the application of a semi-structured form with 268 doctorsthe ESF in Fortaleza-Ceará. There was a unique sociodemographic profile for each group evaluated, which can influence the work process and opinions about forms of hiring.
