This paper aims to analyze the view of masculine consumer about the attendance in primary health care. The objective is to find elements to the construction of qualitative pointers of users’ satisfaction. It is a qualitative research, involving techniques as half-structuralized interviews with users and field notes. The analysis was based on the interpretation of meanings method, anchoring itself in dialectical hermeneutic principles. In general, the users evaluate the services positively, taking as references a humanized care, a attendance based in the communication and capable to offer promptitude in the attendance. The recommendations of the users talk about demands to the services to promote an attendance specifically directed toward men.Key words: users’ satisfaction, men’s health, men, primary health care.
