The women from 60 to 69 years (p <0,05) and 70 to 79 years (p <0,05) presented at least one chronic disease. The indicators of access to health services were similar between genders (p> 0,05). In the others age strata the feminine hegemony was maintained, with significant difference for elderly aged between 70 and 79 years (p <0,05). Most of the aged people looked for the private doctor (33,3%) or a center of health (27,8 %). The principal problems of the health services were the medicines (64,8%) and the delay for scheduling the consultations (48,4%). It is noticed that the aged people are worried about health prevention, which can be connected with the benefits of the practice of physical activity.Aged, Physical Activity, Access to Health Services.
