Abstract:

This study aims to analyze narratives of health professionals about their experiences in courses aimed at the development of knowledge and practices in health education. Two analytical categories guide this study: experience and temporality. In the analysis are used narratives constructededucational experiences of health professionals in postgraduate courses, aiming to give visibility to the reflection of the subjects on a certain trajectory of learning. These courses are anchored in articulated activities simulating practices and acting in real scenarios. In analytical terms, we focus on structural components of the narrative (contexts, scenarios, storylines and personages), as well as the articulation between these components and theoretical principles of the study. Among the results, the active methodologies as central protagonist of the storylines, appearing as a possibility to think about the formation in health differentthe one that traditionally occurs. It is concluded, among other aspects, that the narratives open space so that, beyond the cognitive domain and theoretical wisdom, the practice could be valued and explored as a historical and social construction based on action and word.
