Abstract:

This papper sought to analyze the different configurations of matrix support based on the changes generate by the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, taking as reference the work process of the Expanded Family Health Center – NASF - in this context, in the city of Maricá, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Qualitative research was used as an investigation method and dialectical hermeneutics was used for analysis, supported by techniques defined according to the pandemic scenario - websurvey, semi-structured interview, document analysis and search in the information systems of the Unified Health System. As main results, the research showed: increase in complaints associated with mental health, in users and workers; need to mobilize social assistance support networks; expansion of remote support, especially with professionalslinked teams; lesser circulation of specialists across territories. The research identified that the work process was becoming more individualized, within the offices, and that the minimum teams met few conditions for the attention to the aggravations resultingCovid-19, confirming the NASF as an essential team of Primary Health Care.
