Abstract:

The article aims to show the importance of organizational ethics for health organizations. As a first step, organizational ethics is distinguishedother areas of applied ethics that are mobilized for health-related ethical issues. Next, the objects of study and intervention that characterize organizational ethics are presented. Finally, the article focuses on some central elements of a particularly rich and relevant organizational ethical approach.
