Objective: To trace the psychoactive substance use profile among odontology college students the colleges student from the Espirito Santo Federal University Health Sciences Center. Methods: It is as explorative, descriptive, transversal and quantitative study developed with Odontology first to last year college students course . The instrument used in the collection of data is an adaptation of one proposed by OMS and developing by WHO - Research and Reporting Project on the Epidemiology of Drug Dependence7. Data were listed and analyzed through the Statistical Packcage Program for the Social Science9. Results: 60,3% colleges student are of feminine sex, 48,9% had between 20 and 22 years, 41,3% and 43,7% belong to A or B social class respectively. Prevalence of psychoative drugs use reported as at least once in life was 72,4% except for alcohol and tobacco; 25,9% used inahaled drugs, 13,2% marijuana, 10,9% amphetamines , 27% tobacco and 87,9% alcohol. Conclusion: It is necessary to prevent improper drug use among college students by REPLACEing this subject on the College curriculum and also establishing drug use prevention programs for them.Key-words: Psychoactive Substances.
