Abstract:

The article investigates the correlation between work engagement and quality of life at work among nursing professionals at a public hospital in the interior of São Paulo state, at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. A cross-sectional, descriptive, and correlational study, with nursing professionals, conducted between December 2020 and January 2021. Were used the Brazilian versions of the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) and the Walton Model scale Quality of Work Life (QWL).
