After studies of masculinity, it is not possible to think the production of gender identities without referencing them to the relational character. This change was due to incorporation of the relational perspective in this field of study and criticism of the concept of gender seated on a supposed nature of women and men to build interpretations of the place of the bodies of the gender order. The objectives of this paper are: 1) show how a particular concept of gender can visualize multiple expressions of gender, like the identities trans (transsexuals, transvestites, cross dress, drag queen, drag king, transgender) or invisibilizá them and contribute to their pathological. The second objective will be to present narratives of trans men and trans women, who will tell us their sexual experiences. Medical knowledge-psi advocate the absence of sexuality in their bodies, being one of the indicators to produce a diagnosis of transsexualism. I will try to argue that the theoretical basis that supports the pathologizing of trans identities and the assertion that trans people are asexual is based on a design that links and influences gender identities to biological structures.
