Abstract
The practice of the Social Control in the field of the Worker‘s Health comes facing the barriers imposed by the globalization and for the restructuring in the world of the work, be for the weakness of the workers‘ unions, be for the representatives‘ of the several categories of workers absence without formal entail of work, belonging to the expressive informal/precarious market. In the turning of the century XX, the great National Conferences of Health, were marked for political contexts with significant differences, what favored the articulation lack among the representative bases, that were in charge of mainly with the broken into fragments demands and particulars interest. To contemplate on as the legitimate representation of the workers‘ classes is configured, be them belonging to the formal market or informal/ precarious, makes himself necessary before the evidences that the current arrangement comes impeding the deepening of the specific subjects of the Worker‘s Health.
