Abstract:

The focus of this article is on oral health care in the Primary Health Care. This, as the first level of contact of the subjects with SUS, it held potential for generation of meetings and production of subjectivity. Therefore, we discuss the issue taking as focus the relationship of listening-host-link debating on the existence of dichotomy between clinical-collective health. This investigation, took place in Cotia, SP, between July and December 2007, from assumptions: 1) answer the user’s relevant problem oral care; 2) remove the dental focus; 3) establishment of the case through the anamnesis and 4) integration with staff of health service. The listening to the complaint, the oral clinical examination and constitution of the clinic history, were recorded in the medical file, without using dental records. To discuss the approaches in the clinic, we relate 08 ‘Patografics Histories’. The objectives of the communication in the consultation are welcome, promote the secure diagnosis and interfere other one’s development of the suffering, restoring the body homeostasis and producing bond, involving modification of theoretical references and clinic language. The link is the result of the dialogue, the acceptance of responsibilities of both the professional as user and the resolution of their complaints and needs.
