Abstract:

This article searches to discuss the category access to health services and the Planning contributions to building it on SUS. The central discourse axis refers to connection between theoretic and practice planning on Collective Health field related different analysis dimensions of access: economic, technician, politician and symbolic, described for authors in area5,9,10. The dimensions evidence contributions of subjects/actors for greatest approximation to health reality of country; so about understanding symbolic elements that determinate intervention in health and sick process, than for different ways of Health System organization and of the Politics, distinguished in its politicians, economics, technician and charitable components.
