With The AcolheSUS there was an increase in the number of individual registers performed by the teams135 to 3525, the number of nursing visits increased by 193.7% and the number of procedures performed by nurses had an increase of 121.2%. The percentage of residents in the enrolled area who sought the basic health unit during the process of changing the care model was 71% of the total and reached 90.5% after the acolhesus.
