Abstract:

The care to the adolescent health involved in bullying situations is necessarily intersectoral, therefore this care may occur not only at school but also in the health sector. This study aimed to map the production of care to a bullied adolescent by the Family Health Strategy. Regarding this, the cartography method, through the flowchart analyser and the field diary, was used. Thus, maps of caring was produced. However this care was discontinuous, arid and unsuccessful. Nevertheless, through the use of the research tools, it was possible to inaugurate other forms of support to the adolescent. Health professionals, by viewing the adolescent\'s path through the Flowchart Analyzer, rethought the ineffective forms of health care and made them build up care considering other life styles, beyond the biological aspect. The health attention to the adolescent involved with bullying revealed to be oscillating in the Family Health Strategy. However, through the cartography, the crucial role of primary care in supporting the adolescent was evident, which could contribute to a cessation of the cycle of violence.
