Abstract:

Despite achievements made by the Unified Health System (UHS), its principles and guidelines implementation have not done utterly. Thus, this article reflects on the integrality and technology reorganization from soft technologies and expanded clinic, not only as guidelines, but as guiding elements for a new way about thinking / doing health. It´s a literature review that bring not only an overview of ideas about the subject, but try to establish a dialogue between the authors referenced to reflect on daily services, mainly in hospital. We found that most of the obstacles to the services improvement of UHS are related to the prevalence of curative medical care in doing / thinking process of health professionals. To breaking with that logic, the integral attention, the technological reorganization and the expanded clinical defends a development of closer relations between professionals and users, in that, the actions will be guided by the individuals and community necessity, breaking with the imposition of vertical interventions . Thus, the traditional clinical biologist needs to be deconstructed to break with the logic of suffering and complaint – conduct.
