Abstract:

Biosafety is a field of knowledge focused on genetically modified organisms issues and linked to social and job-related employee protection. Its educational process aims to establish an involved agent-transformer and therefore must go beyond the simple idea of regulation. Thus, it is important to contextualize biosafety within a constructive learning strategy with its credentials key concepts - risk, hazard and accident - allowing each individual to understand how risk is perceived within society and focusing the scholar to assemble multiple skills as to confront. Understanding the relation between work and health, its consequences and effects is being constructed through time, may form a more critical and well prepared citizen to participate in decisions of political and social order which can influence his forthcoming.
