The article addresses the construction of an analysis/intervention in the sphere of public health policies. It narrates the experimentation of a tool from the Humanity National Policy from SUS in a general hospital. Presents the institutional support as method expresses as a function that pursues the creation of grouping, work processes analyses and involves the problem of working management approaches. It bets on the health production, which implies the production by the subjects that produce it. Health production is a web process that involves subjects, work processes, knowledge and power. The challenge of this support is to instigate in this web the protagonist exercise of the subjects and summon the own life creative potential for the construction for new methods of managening the work that are not new methods of the subject. The study intends to show that by institutional support means that it is possible to invoke the implied forces in the production of health therefore demand the groups to analyse the implications.
