ABSTRACTThe FHP had been implanted as a modify strategy and reorganize of assistance model, in intent of supers the care’s fragmentations and, for then, proposes a quality, and over all, humanitarian integral attending. This work objective’s identify how the under one-year-old children have been cared by professionals of FHP. This search has a qualitative approach of the figure, and that has been produced into four creative and sensitive workshops context. Those workshops were taped and they contents convert in discourse shape, and observation’s record of participants were submit to a contest analyses. The results demonstrate that the under one-year-old children care has been normative at most, the UBSF’s researched had no proper environment or instrument for the children’s assistance, that the professional’s academic formation is improper and they hadn’t been receiving continuous render capable to can act with this age group. In this away also, has a huge difficult about social and cultural differences on the conduct for medium and high complex procedure. Nevertheless, the professionals consider their work dynamic and challenger, and that their acting has been contributed a lot for treating children health.
